The UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon has warned that Sri Lanka risks creating "bitterness" if it fails to rapidly resettle Tamil refugees. He conveyed this during talks with Sri Lankan Prime minister Ratnasiri Wickremanayake at the UN in New York.
