SAN DIEGO (AP) — A judge has ruled the city of San Diego is not responsible for a landslide that damaged dozens of homes in a La Jolla neighborhood two years ago. Thursday's ruling by Superior Court Judge Ronald Styn is a setback for 65 homeowners who sued the city for $100 million in damages. The judge says homeowners failed to show leakage in city water pipes was a major cause of the landslide. Three houses were demolished after a 50-yard stretch of road collapsed in October 2007.
