The Associated Press NEW YORK - The family of a graduate student from Cyprus who was killed by a drunken driver has filed a lawsuit accusing a New York City restaurant of serving the alcohol that fueled the crash. Attorney Sanford Rubenstein says he filed the lawsuit Friday against Cavo Cafe Lounge on behalf of the family of Panayiota Demetriou (pah-nay-OH'-tuh dehm-EE'-tree'-yoo). The lawsuit accuses the restaurant of contributing to Demetriou's death in November by serving driver Daryush (dahr-YOOSH') Omar "an unreasonable amount" of alcohol before the crash. A man who identified himself as one of the restaurant's owners said late Friday that he had no comment. Omar was sentenced to 3 1/2...
